This contemporary mountain home is an ideal lodging choice for families, multi-families or a small group of close friends looking for the perfect mountain getaway. You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside the home's fresh & clean interior, boasting impressive high-quality furnishings, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and Colorado mountain touches.


This newly built, family friendly 4 BEDROOM, 2.5 BATHROOM home SLEEPS UP TO 10 PEOPLE with enough room to spread out comfortably in the impressive 2100 square feet of well appointed appointed living space, which includes 1 KING BED, 1 QUEEN BED, A DOUBLE BED (pull-out futon) and either 2 or 4 TWIN BEDS. {The 4th Bedroom is a Bunk Room (huge combined sleeping and play space for the kids - see photos!) and can be configured with YOUR CHOICE of 2 child twin over twin bunk beds or 2 twin beds.

The spacious, light, bright and open layout of the kitchen, living and dining areas are perfect for gathering everyone together, The gourmet kitchen is fully outfitted with upgraded appliances, slab granite countertops and breakfast bar with plenty of counter space. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 4. The living area centers around the cozy gas fireplace and offers a comfortable place to relax and watch or stream your favorite shows, including offerings from Netflix, YouTube & Hulu. An assortment of games keep both kids and adults busy. Bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with premium bedding, & hotel quality soaps and lotions. There is a standard crib in the bunk for the wee ones.

Large windows all around and a sliding glass door brings the outdoors right to the doorstep. The private patio just off the main living area Backs to the meadow and Grand park trail system. Pine trees and aspens complete the outdoor setting. The private patio features a patio table and chairs and a gas BBQ grill.

The 3rd bedroom doubles as a sleeping space with a pull-out double (full) size futon and a small office with a computer desk.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room, along with an iron & ironing board.
A mudroom right off the garage entry door, complete with a bench seat, coat hooks and storage cubbies, is a great place to organize your ski gear.

Parking is a breeze, with a private one car garage and space for an additional car in the driveway. When you're ready to explore or hit the slopes, don't worry about hauling your gear or paying for parking. The free Winter Park bus shuttle stops mere steps from your front door, and you'll be dropped off at the lifts in just 15 minutes.

LOCATION: This vacation villa has a great location on a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Grand Park neighborhood. The Town of Fraser is only a few minutes drive, the Fraser Valley Rec Center and the Foundry Cinema & Bowl are just a short walk through the meadow or a quick car ride away. It's a short 10 minute drive to Winter Park Resort, 3 minutes to downtown Winter Park and 3 minutes to Fraser.
