Walls of windows, a expansive front (nsouthwest facing) deck and a back sitting area bring the great outdoors right to the doorstep. Deer, elk and fox are frequently spotted on the property. A spacious open floor plan with a soaring vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows keeps it light bright and airy.  A large deck wraps around the front of the property and showcases wonderful views overlooking the Fraser Valley and the western range mountains. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also on this level.

Upstairs is the main living space, a fabulous great room with a soaring cathedral ceiling and windows galore. Two couches and additional chairs surround a glowing fireplace and a huge flat screen Smart TV. A full hall bath with a walk-in shower is also on this level. The fully loaded kitchen is on the other side of the floor plan and has granite counter tops with plenty of counter space, a breakfast bar that seats 6, a central island sink, and a perfectly placed wooden dining table with seats for 8. The back door leads to a flat spot with summertime patio seating and is a great place to catch the sunset or just gaze at the Never Summer Range. The King Master Suite is also on the main level. The Fraser/Granby trail access awaits just down the street in the neighborhood or a trailhead with plenty of parking is just a mile up the road toward Granby Ski Area. Ski Granby Ranch Resort is about 2 miles up the road and offers fantastic downhill skiing, snowboarding, tubing, fishing, hiking, golf, and miles of mountain bike trails, with several running right nearby. In the summer the lifts at Granby Ranch Base Village are outfitted to haul your mountain bike to the top. The Resort also has a restaurant and bar for lunch and dinner. Snow Mountain Ranch/YMCA is also just a few miles south on US Hwy 40 and offers a number of year round activities including indoor swimming, horseback riding and sleigh rides, winter and summer tubing, paddle boats on a lake, a large cross country skiing center with an extensive groomed trail system, rope courses, ice skating center and mini golf to name a few. A large City Market grocery store is just down the road as well as a gas station, liquor store, and a McDonald's and Subway. The Town of Granby is perhaps a 5 minute drive and offers additional shopping and restaurants.
